About this app

Criative Music is the work app for the Criative Music team, an agency that sells and produces gospel music shows for municipalities and private events. It brings together the operation of each show on a mobile phone: from negotiation with the client to event production.

Access restricted to the team.

The app is for internal use. There is no open registration: the account is created by the Criative Music administration, and login is done with the registered email and a verification code. Each person only sees the areas of their sector (Customer Service, Legal, Finance, and Logistics).

Concert Schedule
• View all artist dates on the timeline or monthly calendar
• Filter by date state, artist, market (municipal or private) and cell
• Open a concert and track contractor, venue, date and stage of the event
• Add a new concert to the schedule

Event Information
• Fill out the information sheet for each concert by sector, with automatic saving
• Register event details, logistics (flights, accommodation and transfers) and production contacts
• Attach photos and files directly from your mobile phone
• Continue filling out the information without signal at the concert venue; What was done is sent when the connection returns

Tasks and reminders
• Receive tasks from your sector and complete each one via your cell phone
• Track reminders and deadlines for the operation
• Receive notifications of shows, tasks, and requests

Documents
• Consult contracts and proposals for each show and see what stage they are at

Financial
• Track the charges for each show: installments, due dates, and payments
• Check the financial settlement of the event
• Request payment for show expenses

Registrations
• Consult contractors (municipalities and companies) and team members

Your account
• Unlock the app using biometrics
• Delete your account within the app itself, in Me > Settings > Your account
