OBMeet (v1.0.0) offers two methods (web portal and mobile app) to join a meeting. A host or moderator must use OBMeet web portal to host and control over the options for their scheduled meetings, except for settings that an administrator has locked for all users in the account or for all members of a specific group.

How to invite others during a meeting:
1. Sign in to your account on OBMeet web portal.
2. Start the meeting room.
3. Share invitation link or use OBMeet calendar to invite participants.
4. Test your audio and microphone.
5. Use a headset to avoid causing background noise for others.
6. You're set for your meeting.
How to join a meeting:
1. Download OBMeet mobile app.
2. Enter your invitation or meeting link.
3. Enter meeting access code (if any).
4. Test your audio and microphone.
5. Use a headset to avoid causing background noise for others.
