The app's a good one but there are issues with it that requires immediate attention. Some times when you fund your wallet, your bank account will be debited but your wallet will not be credited. This has happened to me for more than 3 times. Secondly, there's this issue of trying to buy data but the product will not be available for purchase. Lastly, in recent times, when you buy data, you'll get a reply of a duplicate transaction. You'll be debited but data not credited. Pls fix ASAP 🙏

I've been using 1 app since 2020, and their services had been okay, to say the least. When i have issues, I'll write their customer care,and they'll respond. In fact, sometimes, they would inform customers about some lapses or maintenance. But it's been over a week. I paid for electricity tariff, and up until now, I've not been given a token. I have written about three emails but no response. I got a response and refund a couple hrs after posting the previous paragraph. 👍

One app is good! It had issues then but i think is now resolved cos is very fast now. I have a problem with the customer support team. When ever u have problem they don't reply our mails and even phone messages, i have mailed them for more than 3 weeks and I'm yet to get any response. I want to start as a vendor not just for personal use only since the app is fast now. Please rech to me.
