The app has never worked and unfortunately, nobody at Dime is tech-savvy to help fix the issue. To the people that rated 5 star, I would love to know how it worked for you. 🧢

Much too difficult to set up and if you have to call them god forbid, it is difficult. The representatives are rude and impatient. I have been banking with Bridgehampton National Bank since 1997. Since they became Dime service has declined significantly.
