Ratings and reviews

I've never had a single thing go right with this app or bank in 5 years. Can't reset my passwords--which I have to do each and every time I attempt to get in--or logins. Can't receive statements. Can't grant login permissions since 2020. I've had EIGHT different in-person account people work on it becausw the online people have no idea what's going on. Absolute trash. AND they advertise their other products to you.

I've been with this bank for a couple of months now and I have never had so much trouble with a bank before. I have money in my bank and I can't even get it out and to top that off they don't have customer service 24/7 to help u like all other banks do.

I've been a member of this bank for a long time and they've never done me wrong.
