About this app

Factuza issues invoices compliant with VERI*FACTU regulations: each invoice is created with its unique digital fingerprint and verification QR code, and is sent to the Tax Agency in real time.

Designed for invoicing from anywhere: dictate the invoice as you write it, photograph the receipt, and work even without a signal—what you write is recorded and issued when the connection is restored. Nothing is issued automatically.

• Available in Spanish, Catalan, and Galician. The app displays in your phone's language, which can be changed in Settings. Each client can have their own language: the invoice they receive will be in their language, even if you use the app in another.

• No generative AI. Automated processes are auditable rules, and you always validate what the document reader reads or understands the dictation before issuing.

• Drafts of forms 303 and 130, with their corresponding fields.

• Expenses by photo, payments, and outstanding balances.

• Your data, in Spain.

No commitment: export everything and leave whenever you want.

Factuza doesn't file anything with the tax authorities for you: it prepares the draft and you sign it.
