JobTrack is the iOS companion app for Accredo ERP, built for field service teams who need accurate job costing without the paperwork. Log time, materials and purchase orders straight into Accredo from the job site - no double-entry, no delays.

Time Entry & Timesheets
Record hours directly against Accredo jobs for accurate job costing. Add narratives, labour and mileage, with support for multiple timesheet entries per job per day - ideal for technicians moving between sites.

Materials
Issue stock and non-stock items to jobs on site. Scan product barcodes or search by code, enter quantities, and push transactions straight to Accredo inventory.

Purchase Orders
Raise POs from the field with supplier codes, line descriptions, quantities and authority codes. Orders flow back to Accredo automatically, keeping your procurement team in the loop.

Job Costing & Management
View your full job list or filter to assigned jobs only, with live job costing data from Accredo. Access customer details, job memos, site addresses and related links - everything a technician needs before arriving on site.

Custom Forms
Fill and submit dynamic PDF forms from the job site - checklists, inspection sheets and signatures - synced straight back to the office.

Offline Mode
No signal? No problem. JobTrack caches job data and queues entries locally when out of range, syncing automatically once connectivity is restored.

Scheduling & Notifications
Get notified the moment you're assigned a job, a schedule changes, or the office sends a message - so nothing gets missed in the field.

Admin Control
Per-user settings, configurable labour codes, role-based access and a dedicated admin portal give administrators full control over what each user can see and do.

JobTrack requires an active Accredo ERP environment and company login credentials, issued by your organization's administrator.
