Updating the app after they close the service on end March 2026. Then totally cannot open and ask me to renew my membership. I believe I been cheat as after renew the app is totally cannot open anymore

I have been sent three e-vouchers and none of them have transferred without having to contact them.. all with different issues.. First I got a page with not authorised. Second there was a button avail, but it did not open the app. There was an update the other day now it opens the app, but I get an error stating "something went wrong". Also they really need a physical card as well, crazy that I have to bring my phone into the pool, to use it at the pool bar!

super poor customer service. 1. no 24 hours hotline assit, if u facing issue off working hour then u have no assistance. 2. Limited participating hotel availabke 3. When u try to redeem your complimentary buffet voucher in some hotel, there is an extra charge which do not stated in the voucher. 4. Every hotel have daily quota for voucher redeemption, beaware you are not the privilage, you will be notify fully booked eventhough walk in customer still get their booking.
