I have been sent three e-vouchers and none of them have transferred without having to contact them.. all with different issues.. First I got a page with not authorised. Second there was a button avail, but it did not open the app. There was an update the other day now it opens the app, but I get an error stating "something went wrong". Also they really need a physical card as well, crazy that I have to bring my phone into the pool, to use it at the pool bar!

It's been working fine until I recently got a notification about the Plan with Marriott feature. I tried to access it then the app suddenly closed after a few seconds. It still does. I haven't used the app since. Please fix it so I can use my vouchers.

App works sometimes When there is a special room rate on the app, the booking feature does not work. You call the Marriott to try to get that rate for 2 weeks or 3 months in the future, the answer is always no. Very frustrating so just avoid the room specials until they fix the app
