An object falls past your screen. It is gone in a blink.
What was it? Pick from six.
That is the whole game. You will still get it wrong.
■ It starts when you say so
Press TAP!!, then a 3 · 2 · 1 countdown.
Nothing falls until you press. You will never look away and find a round already over.
■ How many in a row?
One miss ends the run. Your score is how many you named in a row.
Twice per run you can watch an ad to carry on from where you were, streak intact.
The more you get right, the faster the next one falls.
■ It keeps going
Twenty-two speed steps. Past the fastest one, objects turn into plain silhouettes,
start spinning, and shrink step by step.
In Hard and Monster, they finally fall two at a time.
The deeper you go, the longer the streak needed to move up one step.
- Normal keeps changing until round 274
- Hard until round 214
- Monster has no level cap. The last new twist arrives at level 17, and past that it is
a question of how far you can stack the same brutal setting
Before a step goes up, the screen tells you how many more you need.
■ A ranking for every mode
Beat your own best and you land on that mode's worldwide board.
The home screen shows your best and where it places, mode by mode.
(A placement appears once ten people have played that mode. Until then it shows the count.)
■ Four modes
- Easy — slow, and it ends after 30. No kitchen knives, saws, axes, syringes or bugs
- Normal — start here
- Hard — fast, and silhouettes only
- Monster — very fast, spinning silhouettes. One miss ends the run. Watch an ad and you get
the same object one more time
■ Twenty questions a day, the same for everyone
The daily challenge gives every player the same twenty drops. New set at 21:00 JST.
When you finish you see where you placed worldwide, and how your country is doing.
■ Share the near-misses
"12 in a row." "It was a fire truck. You said ambulance."
The wrong answers are the fun part. The result card goes out as an image with the text.
■ Two hundred things to name
Food, animals, vehicles, instruments, tools.
The six choices always come from one family — alike in shape, or things you would find in the same place.
A half-glance will not save you.
■ Playing it
- No account, no sign-in
- Plays offline (only the rankings need a connection)
- Free, paid for by ads
- We never interrupt a round with an ad. Ads appear in four places only: a banner on the
result screen, a full-screen ad when you tap "play again", a video you choose to watch to
see a drop again or to continue a run, and a video you choose to retry a level in Monster
Note: this game does not measure or improve vision. It is for fun.
An object drops for a split second. Name it. It speeds up the longer you last.
