The application ParticipaSol aims to provide a fast and efficient service in the solution of public demands for the population of the municipality of Sobral, the application will be made available initially to the community articulators / agents and later, for all population of the municipality of Sobral.
The application is an easy way of communicating directly with the municipal public administration and through it the user can open events of lamp exchange, street cleaning, debris removal, hole cover, among other services. In the opening of the occurrence it is possible to send a photo through the application and it will be possible to follow its demand during the whole process, notifying through the own application the solution of the problem.
The idea is that user of the application helps to care for the city by informing about the need for maintenance, repairs and improvements in these and other areas of services rendered by the municipal government of Sobral for the population.
Easy and simple to use, the application ParticipaSol will be coordinated by the Ombudsman, Management and Transparency Secretariat, which will forward to the competent secretariat the registered demand of the citizen.
