It's shite.... that's the short version. I've been (trying to) using it with intermittent success since 2018 and it's always been problematic. Now somebody had a brain-fart before Christmas to set up MFA but it doesn't work. Just keeps saying to click on the confirmation email sent but it never sends it. I've reset passwords, uninstalled and reinstalled it, used the desk top to set up security as it instructed but it doesn't log in. Infuriating software. Has to be something better out there....?

Currently unable to login to app. They made multi factor login mandatory for website but can't be used via the app at the moment.

Unable to log into the app for a few weeks now. Really poor. Looking for alternative at this stage like dext.
