Ecosys AUTO is the complete management system for dealerships and vehicle stores. It brings together everything your store needs to sell more and operate better in one place — inventory, customers, sales pipeline, contracts, finance, and customer service — now also on your mobile phone.

The app was designed for salespeople, managers, and owners who need to monitor their business from anywhere. It serves used and pre-owned vehicle stores, dealerships, and resellers of all sizes, with support for multiple stores on the same dashboard and permissions by team.

In the inventory module, each vehicle becomes a card with photos, technical specifications, price, days in stock, and location in the lot. Registration is quick and can be done directly with the phone's camera, without needing to return to the computer. The margin is calculated in real time by comparing the selling price with the FIPE table, helping to make pricing decisions on the spot.

The CRM maintains the complete history of each customer: vehicles of interest, available budget, financing options, test drives performed, and all previous conversations. Each lead is organized, and nothing is lost between the first contact and closing.

The sales pipeline shows each deal in clear phases — Lead, Test Drive, Proposal, Negotiation, and Closed — so you know exactly where each opportunity is and what needs attention today. The dashboard complements this view with real-time indicators of monthly sales, stagnant inventory, average ticket, margin, and team performance.

Customer service happens through the integrated chat, which gathers the conversation history in one place and allows the use of internal notes to align the team without the customer seeing them. As the deal progresses, purchase, sale, consignment, exchange, and test drive contracts are generated in a few taps, ready for signature.

The store's financial management is also within the app. You track revenues, expenses, accounts payable, and accounts receivable in a simple panel, with the same fluidity as the rest of the platform.

The ecosys AUTO app works in sync with the web version, offers login with Apple and Google, encrypts all data in transit and at rest, and is compliant with the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law). The privacy of your data and your customers is taken seriously from day one.
