With APParral, Parral residents can easily report problems in their area, such as streetlight failures, potholes, trash on public roads, and more. The app allows users to attach photos, select the corresponding category, and send the exact location of the incident.

Additionally, the app offers a history so users can check the status of their reports (received, in process, resolved), receive notifications about updates, and view nearby reports made by other citizens.
