The Culture Cloud App from O.C. Tanner makes it easy to give and receive recognition on-the-go. First, sync the app to your organization’s performance recognition program. Then start sending eCards, giving points, submitting and approving nominations, completing award presentations, and redeeming points for meaningful awards.

Once synched, your app will seamlessly reflect all the details of your desktop recognition program. But in the palm of your hand. It’s totally secure. And it makes employee recognition fast, fun, and easy.

Please note: to use the Culture Cloud App, you must be a participant in your organization’s O.C. Tanner performance recognition program.

Ratings and reviews

This app is very frustrating! It keeps getting stuck in loops when I try to log in. I logged in once, and worked fine. But since then every time I come back to log in again using fingerprint, it takes my fingerprint just fine, then asks for it again, and again, and again, and never does anything else. I tried using the pin instead, but same thing. Cleared out all app data, to log in again from scratch, but won't even let me enter my email now, just keeps reverting back to the Get Started screen.

Loading takes way to LONG ‼️ once you have login three days, you have to redo the whole sign again after you have already signed in three days ago. The old app application was better. This has way to many glitches.

Can't even track your orders with the app. It also doesn't let you order with the correct point balance. What's the point of the app if I have to go online to get all the information and order instead?
