About this app

Octomuse is a conversational content task assistant for creators. Users can connect their TikTok account, select an authorized content task, and review the video preview, caption, hashtags, publishing account, privacy setting, interaction permissions, and commercial content disclosure within the conversation.

Before any content is sent to TikTok, the user must explicitly tap “Confirm and Post.” Octomuse then uses TikTok’s Content Posting API to publish the creator-selected video.

Octomuse retrieves the latest TikTok creator information before showing the publishing confirmation, allows users to edit the caption and hashtags, and requires users to select the available privacy and interaction settings. After submission, the app tracks the publishing result using the returned publish ID and displays the final status and post link.

Octomuse does not publish content in the background or without the user’s explicit consent.
