Confusing to pay my bill, froze half way through so I paid for 1 car wash and turned out i was charged for the membership as well. "Updating" card has no scan option and it kept freezing while typing in my info. Charged twice for something I shouldve only been charged once. The manager in person gave me a phone number but no one seems to pick up or answer the calls. Ill take my buisness elsewhere if there is no resolution.

Everytime I try to open the app, it says I need an internet connection even though I am connected and have no issues with any other app. Really sucks since I'm paying a monthly fee for their wash plan and cannot access the site.

Unable to update card information app freezes. I will have to update card in person.
