Ratings and reviews

It is not working at all. Once logged in, I just see a spinning wheel on the screen. Not even showing dashboard. Edit: Opened Dashboard taking about 10-15 mins. But I am unable to understand score, value, severity, etc in the table, there is no Help or FAQ for how to read the numbers and what they denote 😞

First impressions aren't great. There's no 'remember me' setting on the app & you must re-enter the long membership number on every login; very frustrating. At least one person has mentioned this flaw in reviews..2 yrs ago. The device, although installed and flashing (even went for a 10 min drive) is still showing as not activated in the App. What to do? I think I got a glimpse of the full app once, but now only see the device link page again. Like I said...not great.

Just got my dongle for the car. Installed easily. The accompanying app though is really annoying. I would like to check my driving from time to time. It takes forever for the app to load the login info! Quite often it just freezes. I would have thought that a corporate made app would work better than this. Very frustrated.
