The Mountain Home Fire Department stands as a pillar of safety and rescue in Henderson County. Our mission is to preserve life and property within our 17.5 square mile area, and to promote fire prevention through proactive public education efforts.
We cover our area by operating out of three fire stations. We answer emergency calls throughout the year, ranging from minor medical problems to structure fires. We are a combination department made up of full-time employees, part-time employees and volunteers.
As part of Henderson County, we work closely with other local agencies to ensure comprehensive emergency response and support. This collaboration is crucial in providing the best possible help to all county residents.
In case of emergency, call 911.
