OdorCESI is a platform for the collection and digitalization of olfactory harassment. A tool available to citizens useful for facilitating controls on Enel processes relating to the "Teodora" power plant in Porto Corsini (RA), with particular attention to emissions of ammonia (NH3) into the atmosphere.
