I have had a lot of difficulties opening up both the mobile app and the desktop versions have been problematic at the registration stage. I understand that it's advisable to register from the desktop version, which I did but thereafter i was unable to access the mobile app version - this was even after uninstalling and reinstalling it. I'd like to support it but it's been over 24 hours of trying now. Please address issues and then I'd love to give it another try
