About this app

A free tracking application designed for private tutors. Students, lessons, assignments, test analyses, parent communication, and lesson fee records are all gathered in one screen.

Teaching is the enjoyable part. The real tiring part starts in the evenings: how many lessons did I give to each student, how much did each student pay, which assignments weren't submitted, how will I explain the progress to the parents? If you're answering these questions while running between notebooks, Excel spreadsheets, and WhatsApp, ODYP is designed to bring order to that mess.

STUDENT TRACKING
Each student in a single profile: school, class, target exam (LGS, YKS), topics covered, grades, and contact information. Students who need attention are marked in the list; no one is overlooked. You can group students and find them in seconds with a search.

LESSON CALENDAR
Agenda, weekly and monthly view. Drag and drop a lesson card to another day, click on the day to add a new lesson. Write the topic covered, performance grade, and the next topic for the completed lesson; start the next lesson prepared.

HOMEWORK TRACKING
Assign homework with a deadline and include a video link. Parents can mark homework as "completed independently," "done together," or "needs help." Receive feedback in seconds using pre-printed tags, and add your own comments if necessary.

TEST ANALYSIS AND PROGRESS CHART
Process test results by subject and topic. A success graph is automatically generated; you see progress with data, not predictions.

ERROR RECORD AND ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS
Add photos of incorrect answers and tag the reason for the error. Errors repeated in multiple sources are marked as "persistent errors"; the application tells you which learning objective to prioritize.

PARENT PANEL
Parents can view upcoming lessons, homework status, and progress notes through their own login. "How's it going?" messages decrease, and parents monitor the process themselves. As parental involvement increases, learning is strengthened.

REPORTING
Weekly and monthly progress reports are automatically compiled. Lessons, assignments, tests, and teacher notes are all compiled in a single document; you can print it or share it via WhatsApp with a single touch. Professional reporting increases parental trust in you.

LESSON FEE REGISTER
Record lesson fees, amounts collected, and remaining balance. If you sell package lessons, the remaining number of lessons is automatically updated. The end-of-month account is closed in two minutes.

ON PHONE AND COMPUTER
The same account works both in the mobile application and in the browser. Use it on your phone during lessons and on your computer when planning your week.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
ODYP is not a payment or lesson sales platform. Lessons are not sold, payments are not received, and money transfers are not made through the application. The payments section is only a register kept by the teacher themselves; Fee and balance information is not shown to the parent.

Video lessons are not conducted within ODYP. You can send the link to your own tools such as Zoom or Google Meet to the student via ODYP.
