As a coach, you have enough to think about on the sideline during a game. You don't want to think too hard about about who plays, who sits, and whether or not everyone is getting fair playing time or playing enough of a given position, especially over the whole season.

You want players to rotate positions and play equal amounts to maximize their learning and development, and don't want to think very hard about how this works.

If a parent asks you about their child's playing time, you want to have accurate data to show them, and want to have an ongoing plan in place for how playing time is allocated.

EqualTime manages these overhead activities and lets you focus on the more-important aspects of coaching.
