UPDATE. App unable to connect to provider. Provider support said to reinstall app, but that didn't work. Support said to do a hard reboot of router. I unplugged the power for 30 seconds and when the light turned again, app was working again.

App lacks many features that other big name internet providers have. You can't even restart the router thru the app; the most basic function. Setting up profiles and time limits is clunky also. Very low end.
