Internet service is awesome. The rebranded CommandIQ app on the hand is a different story. App has a hard time keeping track of connected devices. Renaming connected devices, for easy identification, is hit and miss. It may keep the name it may reset it. The users' application monitoring, once a device is assigned to a user, is inaccurate. It appears to use tcp and/or udp ports that overlap with applications. Installing a domain controller in your network, the application monitor stops working.

UPDATE. App unable to connect to provider. Provider support said to reinstall app, but that didn't work. A hard reboot of router didn't work. I unplugged the power for 30 seconds and when the light turned green again, app still not working.

App has been useless and gives me a QR code to scan on my phone with my phone.
