The Foreground Service ensures that location monitoring remains active even when the device is locked or the app is running in the background, which is essential for attendance verification and real-time business operations.

This app uses Foreground Services for the following essential, user-initiated features:

• Geofencing & Attendance Tracking:
The app requires a location-based foreground service to ensure accurate geofence detection and attendance verification, even when the device is locked or the app is running in the background.

• Continuous GPS / Live Tracking:
Foreground service keeps live location updates active for employee movement, RMC vehicle monitoring, and ERP workflow tasks. Users start and stop this tracking manually.

• Camera / Microphone Tasks:
When the user captures photos, records video, or uses audio-based features, the app uses a temporary foreground service to ensure stable and uninterrupted operation.

All foreground services are user-initiated, user-visible, can be stopped at any time, and run only for as long as required.
