App signed me out at some point & haven't been able to get back on for days. Keeps saying something went wrong. All my information is the same, not using bad info. Suddenly the app just doesn't work?? I can't be the only one.

Agency switched to this app, and there have been numerous problems. The app favors people who don't work and punishes officers that do work. The app is delayed between iphone and Android. They original talked about transparency being a key component. There is no transparency with this app. 2026 Update app still sucks. recent march update is resulting my email box getting large data dumps with useless info. I pray that my agency gets rid of this when the contract is up.

We are wondering, can you make this app a little bit more slower? It's crashing our phones with its outstanding performance. NOT!!
