About this app

This is an app that allows you to easily implement mobile ordering for restaurants.
It can be introduced as easily as using paper slips, and is more convenient to use than paper slips.

Customers can submit orders on their browser by scanning the QR code printed on a receipt printer or displayed on the screen.

When an order is received, you can receive a notification, display it on the monitor, and print an order slip (optional). Please turn on the volume.

[About purchasing]
You can use an unlimited number of tables (up to 9998) with in-app purchase (980 yen per month).
In the non-paying state, only table 9999 can be used.

[Advantages of introducing the app]

- By using the sales aggregation function, it is possible to reduce clerical work.
・There is data that shows that the introduction of mobile ordering increases additional orders and helps improve sales.

[How to use and support]
- After installing the app, you can open the instruction manual and Q&A from the main screen. (Internet environment required.)
・Connection settings may be required according to the instruction manual. (For networks that do not support IPv6)

[App features]
・Register and edit menus and categories
You can register menus and categories on the app.
You can optionally register images and product descriptions.

This information is displayed on the customer's browser.
Menu prices, names, and images can be edited by long-pressing the name.

・Receiving orders
When a customer clicks the order button while the app is running, the selected menu will be notified and saved in the app. You can also print automatically from your kitchen printer.
*Please do not close the QR Order-kun app or turn off the screen.

・Cooperation with thermal paper printer
Compatible with Bluetooth connection with Seiko Instruments MP-B20 or RP-F10. It is possible to print QR codes and automatic printing of order slips.
*We are planning to update receipt and receipt printing.

・Table registration
If you register the number of tables on the "Settings" screen, the tables will be created automatically.
Please use it in accordance with the store table number.

・Enter/exit registration
You can enter by tapping the table number and number of people, and exit by pressing the checkout button. Customers who have left the store will not be able to view the menu or place orders.

・Business hours registration
If you optionally register business hours, the menu will not be displayed after the last order.
It will also be reflected on the store information page.

- Registration of time menu (limited lunch and dinner menus, etc.)
If you have a menu that is only available for a limited time, you can optionally register it to control the time the menu is displayed to customers.

・Store information (store name, phone number, logo registration, 3 store images, SNS registration)
When you click the "Store Information" button from the order screen, the store's own homepage automatically created within the app will be displayed.
It is possible to display store names, large images, SNS links, comments, etc.

・Screen display and printing of QR code and order slip
Compatible equipment: Seiko Instrument MP-B20, RP-F10

・Display menu, store information, and order history on your smartphone
If the app is running, you can display menus, store information, etc. on the smartphone browser that has read the QR code.

・Handy function
You can also add orders manually in the app.

・Order management
Received orders can be displayed in a list including undelivered orders,
It is possible to display details for each table.

·Order history
Even after checkout, your order history remains.
It is possible to display it in a list.

・Aggregation of sales
By specifying a period, you can aggregate sales and number of visitors.

・Instruction manual and Q&A
It is possible to display the instruction manual and Q&A from within the app.

[Precautions for use]
・If the customer's smartphone or iPhone is an older model, please turn off the IPv6 mode when using guest Wi-Fi. The menu may not be displayed.

- If IPv6 mode is OFF, connection settings must be made according to the instruction manual. (about a few minutes)

- Please enable IPv6 bridging and UPnP in your router settings.

・If you make an in-app purchase, you can use all tables.

[What you need to use the app]
・Wi-Fi environment
*Cannot be used with mobile communication, guest Wi-Fi, or pocket Wi-Fi.
・Smartphone with specs of Pixel 4a or higher (recommended)

*Required when printing QR codes and order slips on thermal paper.
*Cannot be shared with other devices. Please prepare a printer exclusively for QR orders.
