NexaVault Access Instructions (via Nexa Suite)
To use NexaVault securely, you must access it through the Nexa Suite app . Direct login to NexaVault is not allowed. This setup ensures secure authentication using Single Sign-On (SSO) and smooth access to all your documents.
🛠️ What You Need Before You Start
Before accessing NexaVault, please make sure of the following:
Nexa Suite (NexaOne) must be installed on your Android or iOS device.
You must have valid login credentials — either standard username/password or Microsoft login.
A stable internet connection is required to log in and launch the app.
NexaVault cannot be used alone. It depends on Nexa Suite for secure login and session management.
How to Access NexaVault Step by Step
1. Install Nexa Suite (NexaOne):
Open the Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS).
Search for "Nexa Suite" or "NexaOne" and install the app.
After installation, open the app to begin login.
2. Log in to Nexa Suite:
Launch the Nexa Suite app on your device.
Choose one of the login methods:
Standard Login: Enter your username and password on the secure WebView screen.
Microsoft Login: Choose Microsoft and follow the login process.
Once logged in, your session is saved securely on the device. This session is used to log you into NexaVault.
3. Open NexaVault via Nexa Suite:
Inside Nexa Suite, go to the Product List.
Tap on NexaVault to launch it.
If NexaVault is not installed yet, you’ll be redirected to the app store to install it.
Once installed, tap NexaVault again to launch it.
You will be logged in automatically using SSO — no need to enter your credentials again.
What You Can Do Inside NexaVault
After NexaVault opens with your authenticated session, you can:
View and manage documents in My Documents, My Folder, and My Personal Space.
Use the Document Scan feature to capture and upload files.
Complete tasks like approvals and workflow actions.
Switch between companies if your account supports multiple organizations.
All features are available once NexaVault receives your session from Nexa Suite.
important Things to Remember
Always open NexaVault through Nexa Suite. Do not try to open it directly — it won’t work.
If NexaVault’s cache or data is cleared, simply open Nexa Suite and launch NexaVault again.
Logging out from Nexa Suite will also log you out from NexaVault automatically.
