You have stood in that line many times and knew it could all be run better. Here is your chance.
Office Panic is a tower defense game set in an office waiting hall. Instead of towers, you place service counters and staff. Instead of monsters, a queue of visitors whose patience is running out. It mixes time management and an office manager simulator, with some bureaucracy.
You take over a service hall with a one-star rating and someone else's reputation. People walk in, each with their own errand and their own supply of patience, and that supply keeps shrinking while you decide what to do next. Soon it turns out that quick fingers are not the point: the day is won by whoever guessed what kind of day it would be. There are thirty shifts, and no two are alike.
In the evening you read what the people who left wrote about you. The rating climbs slowly and drops fast, just like in life. You can't argue with a review. You can only run the next shift better.
