Ratings and reviews

The menu structure is a navigational nightmare. The battery usage is the highest of any app I've ever used, ever. The 30 minute check-in with 30 second timer is at best a distraction when one should be focused on the task at hand. Location sharing runs even when logged out and an illegal violation of privacy. If it wasn't a requirement of my company, I'd uninstall it quick, fast, and in a hurry.

The app is absolute junk. It constantly logs me out, usually when I'm in the middle of submitting a report. The babysitter feature, aka loan officer, is nothing but a distraction. It tracks me even when I deny that permission, which has to be illegal. I literally uninstall the app after every shift. The battery drain from this app is absolutely no joke. And no tech support help either. They emailed and asked if my issue was resolved when it wasn't even addressed. I would delete this app if I cou

Such a downgrade than previous apps. 1) Draining the battery, 2) need few times to try to clock in (even when we do have good connections), 3) cannot take the picture from our phone gallery (what do you expect? are we suppose to take a picture and type the report simultaneously), 4) too slow, even with a good data connections & with the latest phone. Hope you guys make a massive improvement, its supposedly better than previous apps.
