this app crashes non-stop. On every patrol, the app crashes after every scan. the app is causing my phone to overheat, and the battery drains very quickly whenever the app is in use. when writing reports, the text fields don't allow you to scroll up and down. when I clock in or out, the app will confirm that it was successful, but when I start my next shift, it shows that I never clocked out. when I submit my Daily Activity Report, the app will say it submitted, but it doesn't.

The app works most of the time. However it needs to be able to sync with other devices. Since I use phone while patrolling and laptop or tablet to do report. I would like to be able to log in on either and continue to work, where it left off. At the moment I can not do this. One device at a time. If I log out of either device I can't continue on other. This part really sucks. If I'm working a long shift and my phone of computer fails, I would have to start all over. That's is such a waste of time. This is now getting annoying, photos do not upload. Someone please fix this

Your latest update looks to fixed some issues on android and thays nice and all but get rid of the "allow location when not in use" notification request ever single time I go to wake up my screen. No you cannot have access all the time. This is my device I have to use for work and you may not allow access to my location when not in use. There's no need for you to have that permission and you will not. Now get rid of that pop up.
