About this app

So yours is a small office with employee count of 50 or less. You have a problem employees don't remember their tasks. Finally you too are not sure of status of all assigned tasks at the end of day.

Office employees assign tasks to each other or to a team. Team coordinates and do their task.

You select an employee and send a voice note which immediately starts playing. You press an attender bello and attender runs to you.

Here are the details:

Manage Task and coordination among the employees or teams by setting up Tasks whose reminders go off using phone call alerts, rescheduling them for example "In Process", "Rejected","Completed" etc.
Nobody will forget their tasks. You can see the list of tasks you've assiged or those assigned to you. A team can work togather to attach voice, photo,files while working on task including messaging each other.
Send instant Task or schedule in future and the Receiver will get a phone call and ask the Receiver to Accept or Reject the Task.

If you send another person instant voice message, it will start playing on mobile instantly.
You can press "Call Attender" button and Attender's mobile will start ringing a bell.

Increase work efficiency of your office/team to maximum and increase coordination.
