About this app

Every manufacturing execution system records what happened. This one decides what happens next.

Offsight AI is the MES for prefab, modular and offsite manufacturers, and AI is its backbone, not a chat window bolted to the corner. It reads production, quality, labor, materials and documents as one system, and acts on them.

A plant runs on things that move: units crossing zones, a check that fails at the third station, a crew clocking on, a drawing three revisions old in somebody's hand. This app is that system on the floor, over live sockets, so the board you open mid-shift is the board the office is looking at. Not a report of this morning. The floor as it stands right now.

An Offsight account is required
This is business software, and there is no sign-up in the app. Your administrator creates your account in the Offsight web console and sets what you can see. If your company does not run Offsight, talk to your management team before downloading.

AI as the backbone, not a chat window
Mission Control. Give it an outcome in plain English. It works the request and streams every step.
The Assistant. It floats on every screen and knows which dashboard you are on, so a question about the board in front of you has an answer.
Guidelines. Standing instructions that teach the system how your plant works.
Routines. Work that runs on a cadence or a trigger, so a check never depends on someone remembering.
Never off the record. Every session is reviewable and every action lands on the record with the user behind it. A factory that runs itself, with people in charge of it.

Run the day from one live board
Live. Every unit in every zone, color coded, with open alert counts and the crew tagged to the unit. Board or table, whichever you read faster.
Move the work. Scan a product, or multi-select units to pause, complete or send back to start.
Alerts. Production, labor, material and purchase order exceptions in one place, each with its own open count, search and filters.
History. Every finished unit, with the record it was finished with.

Built for the person at the station
Checklists. Follow the product through each work area. A failed check flags the unit for the next person, before more labor and material go on top of the problem.
Photos. Filed by project, product, zone and checklist. Mark one up and a ruler you calibrate off one known length measures everything else in the shot.
File Manager. The drawing set in your hand, with a markup editor, a measuring tool and version history.
Work Tracker. Digital paperwork packets, filled page by page, with a completion percentage in view.
Live Capture. Photos and short clips. Attaching hands you back to the work while the files finish sending.

Labor, materials and receiving
Labor Tracker. Clock in and out from a badge scan. Who is on the clock now, and the day's records.
Labor Schedule. The day hour by hour, a row per person, by shift.
Consumption. Material recorded at the rack, not retyped at the end of the shift.
Purchase Orders. Receive, approve and scan a purchase order at the dock.

On the floor
Light and dark. Badge-scan sign-in. Spanish. Your own terminology once your administrator sets it, so the app names things the way your floor does. Push notifications, Task Progress, Guide and a support inbox that knows the screen you were on.

Permissions, and why
Camera. Scan a product, a badge or a purchase order, and take checklist and defect photos.
Microphone. Sound on a short clip recorded at the station.
Photos and files. Attach an existing photo or drawing to a unit, check or markup.
Location. Stamp where a paperwork field capture was taken.
Notifications. Alerts, assignments and finished work.

Each is asked for when it is first needed, and the app keeps working without it.

The floor is the hardest user. If an operator will not use it with gloves on, it does not ship.
