I don't know my username so I clicked forget username. I entered my detail correctly and clicked get OTP; but, the OTP doesn't come to my email even if I resend. Please check

I can't download my statement neither in smart phone nor in Laptop. Beside that I have asked previously the Bank officer to avoid a suspicion transaction from account in response they lucked my whole account and now i cant get activate back.
