I am not able to pay bill for electrical bill since last month.(Jan 206). paybill page does not continue and it is hang. when i pressed back arrow key, time out massage appear and logout itself. i am using two phones with Android 10 and android 8. please advice whether the app is no longer support for android 10 and below?

I really want to ask you that the developers really wish us to read the terms and conditions of KBZ Mobile banking because when you enter into the terms and conditions page, it's really difficult to read the words ( because the font size is so tiny and can't compactible with the mobile screen) and even you can't zoom in easily. Hope you might know and fix it.

Overall experience is good. However, I noticed that the app does not take a screenshot automatically or give you a preview of the receipt when you make transaction. Other bank's apps do that. It's very annoying because once you confirmed the transaction, the app take you to a different page and you miss your window opportunity to take screenshot. Also there's the issue with the OTP, if you choose to use it, it doesn't work at all and locks your account for some unknown reason.
