About this app

Oftaclin is the management system app for ophthalmology clinics. It brings what the team already uses on the computer—scheduling, patients, and medical records—to mobile phones and tablets, allowing doctors to see patients without needing to be at their desks.

DAILY AGENDA
• Today's appointments with each patient's status
• Queue of those who have already arrived, with waiting time
• Confirm, mark arrival, call, and finalize with one touch
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel with reason recorded

PATIENTS
• Search by name or CPF (Brazilian tax ID)
• File with data, health insurance, and consultation history
• Evolution of visual acuity and intraocular pressure in graphs
• LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law) consent and contact by phone or WhatsApp

OPHTHALMOLOGICAL RECORD
• Anamnesis with clinical suggestions
• Visual acuity and refraction with diopter shortcuts
• Tonometry with high pressure alert
• Biomicroscopy and fundus examination with standard findings
• Treatment plan, ICD (International Classification of Diseases) code, and requested exams
• Prescriptions for glasses, lenses, eye drops, and medications in PDF format
• Clinical images via the device's camera
• Completion of the appointment with electronic signature

• Data isolated per clinic, in accordance with the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law)
