"Kitchen Order" is the dedicated app for store managers of "QK Order," a cloud-based order and serving management service for food trucks and small restaurants.

■ What you can do with this app
【New Store Registration】To start using QK Order, you must first register your store through this app. Simply sign in with your Google or Apple account and enter the store name and the string you want to use for your store's URL to start using it immediately. We do not offer ID/password-based accounts. New store registration cannot be done via the web page. To prevent mass store registrations by fraudulent automated registration tools, registration is only accepted through this app, which requires operation on a physical device. Only one store can be registered per smartphone.

【Main Unit Mode (Offline Operation)】This function allows you to continue operations even in environments where there is no smartphone signal, such as the back of an event venue or in a mountainous area. By downloading the menu in advance in a place with good signal, you can use this terminal as a temporary reception, accounting, and cooking management terminal even without any communication. Taking orders in person, monitoring the kitchen (to manage cooking progress), and processing payments—these tasks can be performed continuously without an internet connection, and are automatically synchronized to the server once the signal is restored. It's also possible to use the main command mode simultaneously on multiple devices, such as when operating multiple food trucks.

[Demo Mode] No registration or login is required; you can immediately try out the main functions. From the startup screen, select "Try the demo without logging in" to experience the entire process from taking orders in person, managing cooking progress with the kitchen monitor, processing payments, and registering products. Demo data is saved only on your device and is never sent to the server. You can reset and start over at any time.

■ Daily Operations via Browser
Daily operations of QK Order, such as menu management, staff invitations, in-person orders, table management, kitchen monitoring, payment processing, and sales reports, are performed using the "Store Staff Screen" accessed through a browser on your PC, tablet, or smartphone. The role of this app is limited to new store registration and emergency use (main command mode) in case of communication failures.

In-person order taking (counter mode: order taking and payment at food trucks and stalls), table management (table mode: customer registration, adding orders per table, payment), smartphone pre-ordering (QR code ordering allowing customers to order from their smartphones), queue management when full capacity (waiting list registration and calling), reservation management (managing reservations received by phone and in person), kitchen monitor (real-time management of cooking status), product inventory management and time-limited sales, support for consumption tax and reduced tax rates, issuance of payment copies (electronic receipts), sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly), secure login management with staff invitation, PIN authentication, and device approval.

■ Security
Store managers (owners) are only supported to sign in with a Google or Apple account, structurally eliminating the risk of password leakage. Hall, kitchen, and cashier staff joining via invitation are verified using a 6-digit PIN protected by a store-specific salt. It includes security features designed for on-site operation, such as terminal approval, login history recording, and notifications of suspicious logins.

■ Data security
Payments (cashless payments and cash) are assumed to be made as usual at the store's register or cashless terminal; this app and service do not handle payment information. Data in demo mode is stored only on the device and is not transmitted to the server.
