Very untrusted app, considering it handles financials. My krypto portfolio account had disappeared for the second time, and the service centre is not reverting. I loaded funds from the US account, following their exact instructions. It's been 5 weeks, and the funds never showed up in my wallet. I have contacted their service centre, provided sceeen shots and all they requested, but they never came back after wards. I have followed up several times, still no answer.

This app needs to be totally overhauled, it has the best program features I've ever seen in a fintech, but nothing works. You can't access your account because security code is always invalid.

Please fix this app! I cannot access my account , the code is ALWAYS invalid. This has been going on for months. How are people supposed to access their funds?
