Orbly is a floating focus timer for Android. Keep your countdown visible while you read, write, study or work in other apps.

Start a session, move Orbly to a comfortable spot and get into what you're doing. When you need more room, tuck it into the edge of your screen. A small handle stays within reach so you can pull your timer back whenever you need it.

A timer that fits around your day
Read another chapter. Work through an assignment. Make progress on a project. Orbly keeps your remaining time close by, so you can check it at a glance.

Make room for focus and breaks
Use Focus mode for time on task and Break mode when it's time to pause. Choose a session length that works for you.

A little more time, a few quick taps
Need another minute? Double-tap to add one. Need five? Triple-tap to add five. Adjust your session with the timer dial, with pause and reset controls close at hand.

Move it. Tuck it. Bring it back.
Drag Orbly to a spot that suits what you're doing. Hide the timer at the screen edge when you want more space, then pull the handle to bring it back.

Floating timer access
Enable Android's "Display over other apps" or "Appear on top" permission to use the floating timer. Some apps and protected system screens may limit floating windows.

- Full-screen layout on Android 15 and 16 (edge-to-edge), with a proper light theme for Daydream.
- The timer notification now goes away by itself when nothing is running.
- Spoken nudges always use an English voice.
