Double charged me and I had to demand a refund 3 time just to be told that it'll be "sent to review" then I'd be contacted for additional information THEN it can take another two weeks for the refund. Dont use this app. there are so many other choices out there. The service is slower than the other options when put in a side by side test with my friends. I suggest Klook, its reputable and you likely already have it if traveling Asia

this app is terrible. i downloaded it before i came to the philippines and when i got here it did not work. i did everything customer service asked me to check and it's still does not work. i asked if i could get a refund and they said no there are no refunds granted because it's already installed on your phone even though you never got to use it and it doesn't work. i had to go by a physical sim at the airport just so i can get a ride to my hotel.

Before I found Ohayu esim, I spent 2 days troubleshooting my previous esim provider, with no success. With ohayu it was a simple plug and play I got the Internet in seconds.
