Double charged me and I had to demand a refund 3 time just to be told that it'll be "sent to review" then I'd be contacted for additional information THEN it can take another two weeks for the refund. Dont use this app. there are so many other choices out there. The service is slower than the other options when put in a side by side test with my friends. I suggest Klook, its reputable and you likely already have it if traveling Asia

This is an amazing and Trustworthy company. I purchased an e-sim but unfortunately my A53 phone was not compatible. My fault for not checking ! I thought I had lost my money. However, I contacted Ophelia in Support and she was most polite and helpful. She guided me through the refund process and put my request through to accounts. Anthony from accounts sent another most polite and friendly email to say that my payment was refunded. I checked, and there it was. Both a credit to Ohayu.

You should be able to just press an activation button. Having trouble activating with QR code on android. Tried downloading to photos and scanning from there did not work also having problems copying and pasting manual code. I don't have another device to send it to.
