Handy to be able to talk with your provider through the app, I did have issues with it loading. Then I had trouble finding how to reset the password as my email account showed as not found. Which was strange since that was the email address that had notifications for the app and when I had messages. I did find a work around by creating a new account with all the same info. So if you're not able to reset the password or see messages just start a new account!

I've had to use this app for a while so hopefully adding another negative review to the loads of others might help encourage the developers to focus on improving patient's experience of the app or prevent providers from using this app. It typically takes a very long time to load messages and I've had to uninstall and reinstall to fix issues with it never loading messages. I had to uninstall and reinstall twice in as many weeks to fix this and not getting push notifications.

In general: Slow, won't load messages, won't send without finagling. Specifically: OhMD deleted my chats and can't find my provider despite a conversation that's lasted weeks. I'm missing critical information. This is an important app in theory but in practice this is more frustrating than it's worth. Unless something changes FAST, talk to your provider about literally any other app. EDIT: Logging out/in fixed. Tech support is good. Still really darn slow, but.
