Ultimate Tic Tac Toe is a bigger, more exciting and more challenging version of the classic pen-and-paper game.

Play on a 9x9 board that consists of nine smaller 3x3 boards. Players take turns placing their marks on the smaller boards. Win a small board by claiming three squares in a row. Winning a small board earns you that square on the larger board. The first player to win three of the smaller boards in a row on the larger grid wins the game! Can you come up with a winning strategy?
