Ratings and reviews

It's good that users of the app can make different payments in one place. However, the app is NOT simple & NOT a very user-friendly app. it's not easy to find your way to add a payment card. Too much unnecessary information for a particular payment job. I suggest combining some of the categories (i.e., Profile, System, App Settings...ect)! THE SOONER UPDATE THE BETTER. Thank you!

This is the worst application I have ever seen , you can pay your bill and you receive no notification from the application while the amount is deducted from your bank account , and the due amount is still there .. and when you call there is no reply and when the answer machine transfer your call you got ringing only and the line is dropped , and when they answer the call is dropped before you finish .. better to change the name of it from Khedmeh to Taab "تعب" ..

The call center doesn't receive the call and is a very complicated prossiger to close an account
