About this app

Oikos is the modern, 100% ad-free housing society operating system designed for residents, managing committees, and security guards.

Experience seamless gate operations, total resident privacy, and effortless community management without annoying commercial ads, spam calls, or personal loan promotions.

KEY FEATURES FOR RESIDENTS:

• 1-Tap Delivery Clearance: Pre-approve deliveries from Swiggy, Zomato, Blinkit, and Amazon with instant gate passcodes. Set recurring daily slots for milk, groceries, and newspapers.
• Safe Pickup Cab Privacy Mode: Book cabs with complete peace of mind. Oikos masks your flat number and phone number from external ride-hailing drivers, verifying pickup solely via an encrypted 4-digit PIN.
• Domestic Staff Attendance: Track real-time daily gate check-in and checkout for maids, cooks, drivers, and service personnel.
• Inbound Parcel Gate Locker: Never miss an e-commerce delivery. Security guards log packages into the gate locker and residents collect them with secure OTPs.
• Household & Vehicle Census: Register family members, emergency contacts, DND preferences, pets, and allocate vehicle parking stickers (4W, 2W, EV).
• Emergency SOS Siren: Instantly broadcast emergency panic alarms to security guards and your society managing committee in critical situations.
• Maintenance Dues & Receipts: View maintenance invoices, track ledger balances, record UPI/bank transfers, and download digital receipts directly.
• Dispute-Free Amenity Booking: Reserve clubhouse facilities, tennis courts, gym slots, and swimming pool hours with automated double-booking protection.

FOR MANAGING COMMITTEES & SECURITY:

• Browser-Based Guard Kiosk: Runs on any standard tablet or smartphone browser. Zero expensive proprietary hardware or biometric machines required.
• Automated Society Governance: Manage resident onboarding, digital Move-In / Move-Out NOCs with automated zero-dues enforcement, and resident complaints helpdesk.
• 100% Ad-Free Guarantee: We never monetize resident data, track user browsing, or push third-party commercial advertisements.
