Can't create account in app. On the terms acceptance screen I can scroll the page to click accept at the bottom

Even though I've paid for a subscription, everything is still locked. In the app, I've gone to Account -> Subscription -> Restore Purchase -> OK (I have now done this a few times), and still everything is locked.

my experience has been the worst, had to cancel and re pay 3 times in 3 days to get the the videos to unlock. will never get this subscription again and I highly advise everyone not to as well as support group don't do anything either. if I could give this app 0 stars I would. worst experience of my life.
