I am facing this issue from quite some time now....i get a client call and i click the "accept" but it do not work. I have to miss the customer call and then I receive mail about it. Just a few moments ago i didn't even recieve any call and got a mail that "i missed a call from customer" This defects in app is causing me loss - of customers as well as ratings. I request you to please rectify this problem. I have already sent mails about it to the support system. But I still am facing the issue.

It is very useless, even though the free chat has started a lot, we are still chatting, there is no response for 10-10 minutes, then get disconnected, so it turns out that there was a network issue of the customer. And these people never upload good ratings. If you need any help, they send an automatic message stating technical issue and do nothing. I don't know what these people do, so there should be no astrologer here. This is the worst, there is still so much to tell.

I am a Astrologer on this Platform..This App has so many problems ,its Automatically shutting down maximum time..Chat gets disconnected in the middle of consultation.. But in background it runs but once it get disconnected, then you cant recover the chat page..Sometimes the chat request comes but do not connect and then shows it has been canceled by customer..Too much Issues and Glitches in this app..please Fix it .
