About this app

The OKC Parade of Homes app is your all-in-one companion for exploring Oklahoma City's premier new home showcase, presented by the Central Oklahoma Home Builders Association (COHBA).

Browse every home in the parade - beautifully presented with photos, floor plan details, pricing, builder information, and special features. Filter by area, style, price range, number of beds and baths, or gated community to find exactly what you're looking for.

PLAN YOUR TOUR
Build a custom route by adding homes in any order, then drag to rearrange your stops. When you're ready, launch turn-by-turn navigation directly in Google Maps or Apple Maps - no extra steps, no copy-pasting addresses.

NEVER MISS A STOP
Enable location and the app automatically detects when you arrive at a parade home and marks it visited. See which homes you've been to and which ones are still on your list - all without touching your phone.

FIND YOUR FAVORITES
Save homes to your Favorites list to revisit later, share with family, or compare side by side. Like the homes you love and cast your People's Choice vote to help crown the best home in the parade.

INTERACTIVE MAP
See every home plotted on a live map with price markers. Tap any pin to jump straight to that home's detail page. The map updates in real time as you apply filters, so you always see exactly what's available in the area you care about.

SPECIAL EVENTS
Some parade homes host special events - wine tastings, live music, giveaways, and more. Event homes are flagged in the listing so you never miss something worth stopping for.

BUILDER INFORMATION
Every listing includes the builder's contact details, logo, and website so you can reach out directly if a home catches your eye.

FREE ADMISSION
The OKC Parade of Homes is free to attend. The app is free to download and use - no login required to browse.

The OKC Parade of Homes runs select weekends in the spring and fall. Download the app before the parade opens so your route is ready to go the moment doors open.
