About this app

■ OkeikoLINK is a new classroom management app that connects instructors and parents of students in extracurricular activities.

It's a SaaS-type service designed for small-group extracurricular activity classes such as ballet, dance, piano, yoga, and English conversation, allowing for student management, class management, attendance management, tuition management, and mass communication with parents all from a smartphone. Without requiring complex operations or heavy computer work, instructors can organize student information in their free time, and parents can instantly report absences and check tuition fees.

What instructors can do
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
● Class Management
Register timetables by day, time, and level (kids / junior / advanced / adult). You can set a default tuition fee for each class.

● Student Management
Register full name, nickname, age, class, and parent. Siblings can be linked to the same parent, allowing access to both of their information with a single invitation code.

● Attendance Management
Record attendance, absence, tardiness, and make-up lessons for each day. Absence notifications from parents can be received in a list, and approval with one tap automatically reflects the absence.

● Tuition Management
Check the payment status for each student on a monthly basis. Supports switching to paid status and individual adjustments of amounts (daily pro-rata, etc.).

● Mass Communication
Distribute announcements to the entire classroom, by class, or to individual parents. Read status can also be tracked.

● Invitation Code
Issue and manage invitation codes to invite parents. The status of used/unused codes can be viewed in a list.

● Check Your Child's Schedule
View a list of classes currently enrolled and the day's lesson schedule.

● Sending Absence Notifications
You can notify your teacher of your absence with a single tap, adding a reason for absence.

● Checking Tuition Status
You can check your monthly tuition amount and payment status within your app.

● Receiving Notifications
Receive mass announcements from the classroom, class-specific announcements, and individual announcements, and manage read receipts entirely within the app.

Design Details

● Multi-Tenant Design
Each classroom and studio is completely independent. Data will never be mixed with data from other classrooms.

● Privacy
Only session tokens are stored on the device; all personal information is managed on an encrypted cloud. No tracking for advertising purposes is performed.

● Unsubscribe Anytime
You can completely delete your account and associated data using the "Unsubscribe" button in the app.

This version is free to use. If we add a paid plan in the future, we will give you advance notice at least 30 days in advance.
