As already stated only one device can be connected and the tablet that comes with the frame is horrible. You have to unplug the frame to then reconnect if you're using the app on your phone as it disconnects for no reason often. Fix this!

Preset positions don't work on the downloadable android app. If you want to access presets, you can only do it on their tablet interface. Also, if using phone instead of tablet, only one phone (or tablet) can be connected at a time. Less than ideal

Sometimes forgets programmed settings. Otherwise nice & works best on phone that has more oricessir power than the tablet they send. Buttons can be programmed by holding desired button and "program" button at same time till you get a confirmation it saved.
