L Wil and anyone else having an issue with the program button, you need to hold program and one of the presets at the same time for almost 10 seconds. My issue is the sensitivity of the buttons. For example, using the plus and minus is extremely finicky. The hitbox for them the miniscule. Also, as I was saying with programming, if you don't press them at the exact same time and your finger moves even the slightest, you have to start over.

Not all features available to fully utilize the capability of this app. Specifically, would like to use the program feature to save settings to my preferred adjustments, rather having to tweak it everyday. Please update the app for all features to function properly for a better user experience.

this app won't fit the screen of my brand new Samsung galaxy phone. this app needs some serious improvements & updates for your customers, especially for the expense of the "elite" adjustable bed frame. it's 2026, folks. this is embarrassing.
