L Wil and anyone else having an issue with the program button, you need to hold program and one of the presets at the same time for almost 10 seconds. My issue is the sensitivity of the buttons. For example, using the plus and minus is extremely finicky. The hitbox for them the miniscule. Also, as I was saying with programming, if you don't press them at the exact same time and your finger moves even the slightest, you have to start over.

Disappointed. The tablet I had died and they directed me to this app which does not allow me to access the massage or lighting options. What a joke of an app. I think I'll visit their store and let them know they are selling a less than "premium" product. Without all the bells and whistles this is an $800 bed at best.

I can't access the bottom menu after the app update. I have to put my phone in landscape mode to access the massage and light features. It tends to give connection errors too
