About this app

FlexSync is an application that controls your Flexsteel furniture through your mobile device. Features are dependent on the connected furniture but includes features like reclining positions, heat settings, and massage settings.

FlexSync uses wireless Bluetooth® technology to communicate with your Flexsteel furniture. In order for the FlexSync app to work, Bluetooth® technology must be enabled on your mobile device.

Ratings and reviews

Need to add a feature to move between chairs without having to reset every time. The user manual online said to go to the app's help menu but there isn't one. On the positive, so far all my recliners connected and worked. I like having the remote because I can't reach the buttons when reclining. I do like the simplicity of the app, they just "forgot" a few key features.

The app seems rather basic. There isn't a way to switch between multiple chairs without going to "reset" and selecting a new chair. if that's intended, it's a little confusing from a user experience standpoint.

2 new recliners, connected renamed each chair, but then can't switch back and forth. it just stays on one chair. very basic app, no help available, memory feature is quirky.
